This is a little project I did around Christmas time. I thought they turned out pretty enough to make some decorations out of.
I'm no food preserving expert so I won't go into detail of that process. But basically it's apple slices dipped in jello powder before dehydrating. Shockingly they taste like dried apples with jello powder on them. Not as bad as it sounds.
